International calls

I have enabled the calls to UK paying $15 but it doesn't allow me to make the call. I dialed the number correctly. It should be dialed as 011 44 (0) 22 xxxx xxxx according to public mobile. Still, they do not allow me to connect. This is a very important call I have to make.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Can you try after dropping the (0) between 44 and 22.

Another way try with + instead of 011 so start +44 ...

Thanks everyone! You had been a great help to me. I removed that zero after the country code and dialed. Then it worked 😊
