How and why that came about is unusual but you probably have an inkling as to how that came about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Being forced by public mobile to make a top up paynent via a voucher indicates there has been a serious issue with your regular form of credit card payment. Either a chargeback or a card being reported lost or stolen within the 24 hour period of your last payment going&amp;nbsp; thru.....again you probably have an idea of what the issue was that caused that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It then asks for your account PIN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
