You could try again. Or use Amazon. Or Canadian Cell Supplies. Or into stores that sell PM SIM's alone without activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would wonder why they think that of your payment card though. Did you try multiple times?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It might take as many as 2 to 3 weeks to get the SIM from PM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try Amazon for Prime delivery or try local stores like Walmart/London Drugs/Loblaw's.&amp;nbsp; Some kiosk will give SIM out for free if you activate with them..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;eBay.ca is a good place for PM SIMs. There are few reliable Canadian sellers. (I can recommend you one (I do not sell SIMs)).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
