      <description>&lt;P&gt;My renwal is today, I have Auto Pay set up, I didn't make any changes to my plan, but now my services&amp;nbsp;have stopped. I can't dial out, people can't call me and I have no mobile data! How do I get help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>This happened to me yesterday. Ask a mod for help but be careful! My account said I was paid to datr when I wasn't. I had $15 in credits. I added $75 plus hst totaling $90 and &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23639"&gt;@MarieHelene_L&lt;/a&gt; then charged my account an additional $20 plus hst $110 plus hst and she will not fix it. She is a moderator who clearly believe she never makes mistakes. I will be forced to call my credit card company to deal with this as she will not.</description>
