      <title>My Internet Speed is Low</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have problem with my internet speed since I have changed my plan from 8GB to 2GB. It's way low now and sometimes It's disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think the speed should be affected because of changing the plan: based on the PM information on the plans, the data speed of both plans are 3G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice will be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
