@barberannie : Please describe what your intentions and needs are to do with a SIM card. Maybe you want to move it to another phone. Maybe you lost it and have a replacement.

If you meant you have a new SIM to replace an existing one, you need to open a ticket with the Mod and have them complete the Change SIM for you.

Hi @barberannie why do you want to change your sim card? Only the moderators can change your sim card. Contact the Moderator_Team here

or send a private message to the moderators here.

It may take up to 48 hrs (faster response these days) to receive a reply from the moderators. Keep an eye on the envelope icon on top right for a number to pop up. That would be the moderator’s reply.
