Try closing the self-serve, clearing cache and cookies, open an incognito tab and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could also try using a completely different browser if available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would recommend when doing plan changes to select changing on "next renewal" as opposed to an "immediate" plan change so you do not forfeit what's remaining on the current cycle that's been paid for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
