I purchased an international 300 mins add on and it’s showing on my account but I am unable to call my international!
anyone know why this may be?

Purchasing an Add-On? Be sure to:
1. Add funds to your account, if you don`t have sufficient funds

2. Go back to the Add-Ons page and select your Add-On.

REBOOT.

Which country are you trying to call? The long distance add on only covers certain number of countries.

identify which country you wish to call and we can find the exit code for you to dial.

Also, ensure you are dialing the Canada exit code first of "011" in front of the number you are calling.

@esjliv : The exit code is either 011 or +. Then country code etc. Usually leave out leading zeros too.
