Hello,

I tried to reset my password and i recieved an error message, something like ForgotPassword/ContactAdmin, and then I was locked out of my self service account.

@cgray : Did you try multiple times? Did the message go on to say to try in another hour?

Try this, @cgray after you've placed a ticket to the Moderators for assistance:

Wait 1 hour

Clear cache & cookies

Open incognito browser

Attempt again.
