Can you pay this with automatic withdrawal from bank account also or do you have to have a credit card?

@Marieded45 , sorry there are no pre-authorized withdrawal from bank accounts. This is a prepaid service that has no contracts. You can stop the service any time you like. This type of condition is not conducive to pre-authorized withdrawals which are intended to be unconditional.

@Marieded45 you can purchase a visa gift card from 7 eleven to qualify for the $2 auto-pay and then just purchase vouchers. or buy a visa prepaid and keep reloading it

I would recommend you never pay for anything by debit or bank account. You never want that information with companies. If they get hacked your accounts can be drained. Sign up for a cash back card like a brim Mastercard or something and setup autopay with that. You get an extra 21 days to pay too. Oh and the same applies for taxis and pizza delivery stuff

What type of debit card do you have? Is it either a Visa or Mastercard Debit card, these should work.

In order to pay for your services online, you will be required to register a credit card or a Visa Debit card. If you didn’t register a card at activation, you can do so by signing in to Self-Serve. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Register my Credit or Visa Debit Card’. While the above will allow you to use funds from a bank account to pay, this is not set up using your online banking. For onlne banking, "Public Mobile" isn't an available payee. Using a Visa Debit card is done by saving the card number within your Public Mobile account.
