I signed up for a $15.00 monthly plan.

I am billed an additional $10.00 for what is called "30-day plan". Total = $25.00

Why?

Look at your payment/transaction history in self service. Is it something like this? The $15 plan is broken down into 2 entries.

@eagleeye PM has a separation of Plan Charge. Check you Payment History. It should show 15$ in total. Make sure your CC was charged the correct amount, and your Self-Service Account shows 15$ plan.

Check your credit card; it's the only charge that counts.
