      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, i tried to buy sim card online so many times but keeps saying the zip code is not matching w the address. I'm pretty sure all the info i put was correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can i reach the moderator?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you trying to send to US address or using US credit card?&lt;BR /&gt;Please note it takes as long as 3 weeks for PM to send you the SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you need one urgently, consider getting it from Amazon if you have Prime membership.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or check local Kiosk at Walmart/London Drug/Loblaw.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes, they will give it out for free and help activation (or they sell you for as low as $5)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check your payment card to see if you have actual charges (not just pending). A possible workaround is to use Paypal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd be interested to know if you were to type in your postal code with no space and see what happens. If it's auto-filling then make sure there isn't a space at the end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
