This is a public forum, best not to give out any personal info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try adding a 1 in front of your number, see if that helps. What sort of message are you getting when you try to call?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then take out your physical SIM in your phone and compare the numbers. Are they the same?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have another phone then try swapping the sim to see if it works.&amp;nbsp; Try removing your sim and shut down your phone then put the sim back and restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming your status is 'active' since you said everything else is ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you receive calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, is it possible that you are in 4g only area or that your phone is using only 4g.
