I would log into your self serve account to see how much data and add-on section. From the title of your message, it says 2048MB? If so, the extra data won't go to waste if you can eventually use it up. Add-ons can be kept as long as your account stays open until they've been used up. Also, check if instead of adding 2GB, the system adding a 1GB add-on but then left $15 in your account balance. If that happened, that extra $15 can go towards your next renewal.

Did you intend to buy 1GB of data, but you got charged twice? Is that what happened?

Did your credit card get charged twice?

Do you have ONE or TWO 1GB of data showing under your "My data and add-ons" section on your self serve?

did you just "buy" two 1GB data addon by mistake? If you just did, i guess you can try open a ticket and see if Mod can do anything. they usually won't refund purchase, but you never know, good thing can happen. Just open a ticket and see

2 x one GB add on data would cost you 2 x $15:

So when you added $30, did you intend to only buy 1 GB, and retain the other $15? Or two of them for $30, leaving zero.

If you bought 2 of them, you'll have the other one for a rainy day. Data add-on's never expire, they remain on the account and is used up after your plan's data is consumed for each cycle.
