      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you run out of outgoing minutes, you can still receive incoming calls, use/set call forwarding, call 611 and toll-free/8xx numbers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have the $10 plan which has a total of 50 minutes. You can't take a call when you run out of minutes. But it's not available anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
