You can do this one of many ways:

add a payment card to self-serve then benefit from the $2/cycle auto pay bonus
To set up AutoPay:
- sign in to your Self-Serve account,
- select the ‘Payment’ tab,
- ‘Register for AutoPay’.
purchase a payment voucher from many locations that sell mobile cards or services (see pic below for locations)
use a web-based service such as recharge.com

If you want to register a card for Autopay and receive $2 each renewal log into your Self Serve: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/

and go to the PAYMENT tab, then see the bottom, left corner of the page:
