That is just a status when your account goes through the renewal process every 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It really means nothing. The description could say anything that Public Mobile wish for it to say.&amp;nbsp; As for a price increase, nothing has been announced.&amp;nbsp; Also, if Public Mobile were to give such notice of a price increase, it wouldn't just be stated as a "major" increase, but there would be specific information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The self serve showing incorrect plan prices is a well known issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Expired? Gone? I lost the promo, I have to start a new account all over again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe a less permanent-sounding adjective for plan status would be better. "Inactive" or "Pending Payment" or something.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
