You have to cancel it manually or it will still execute even if you change your plan now, which would cut your current cycle too short&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did and after dialing 1 in front your call still doesn't go through, contact moderators&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/161059"&gt;@Dalekonschuk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On November 1st did you change your plan from $15 to the $25 plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you chose to change on your next Renewal Date, that is when the new plan will take affect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on when your renewal date is you could buy a $5 - 500 minutes add-on to get you through, if that is why you were changing plans, that is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="esjliv_0-1604805967488.png" style="width: 441px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40718iC54FFCF251661082/image-dimensions/441x118?v=v2" width="441" height="118" role="button" title="esjliv_0-1604805967488.png" alt="esjliv_0-1604805967488.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To change your plan immediately you need to contact the moderators to do so, put you lose out on what you already pre-paid on your current plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
