My phone is not accepting texts or calls from USA. Also cannot call or text them. From Canada of course. Any way to fix this?

If you are on the new plans I thing you would need a long distance add on in order to accept long distance calls.

The new Public Mobile does not offer anymore text messages to USA.

You have to be joking, no text messaging to USA. I wish I knew about that one before I signed up. Can I even call there or receive calls?

I cannot sign into my account and nobody will contact me from Public Mobile and I have no way to phone them!!!

No, I'm not joking. No text for USA on new plan (starting January 27th, 2015),

(3) Includes text and picture messaging. Premium and subscription-based messages, and messaging to and from non-Canadian numbers, are not included.

Picture messaging on BlackBerry smartphones requires the BlackBerry 10 operating system.

@paolo Sorry to hear you are not able to make and receive calls and send or receive SMS from USA.

Public Mobile does not offer international SMS, But you should be able to receive SMS from anywhere in the world.
For Long distance calls receiving calls should not be a problem, for Making calls to USA please make sure you have the Long distance Add-on added to your account.
