Samsung A01 Text messages pictures

Bought this phone and found out that I cant attach or receive pictures via text messages. Internet works and regular texting works.

Looked for the phone on the Public Mobile APN page but cant find it.

Suggestions?

Presume you have MMS enabled? Do you have data turned on?

Make sure mobile data is on and your apn settings correct.

I am assuming that the MMS is on as the "Mobile internet" has a dot beside it.

On the data, I found under the Mobile data only apps that the Messages is not lit up and no way to turn on.

Hi @WKFord ,

Set up MMS - Samsung Galaxy A01

Swipe up.
Select Settings.
Select Connections.
Select Mobile networks.
Select Access Point Names.
Select the Menu button.
Select Reset to default.
Select Reset. Your phone will reset to default Internet and MMS settings. MMS problems should be solved at this point.

Data needs to be enabled to receive or send MMS messages.

No worries though, your Data Plan will not suffer from it! 🙂

Messages are considered texts and don't count toward your data usage.

Data is on and have tried putting in the APN requirements, resetting the access point names, ect ect.

Nothing is working.

Thanks for the help, will just take the phone back.

@WKFord : Can you post screen shots of your APN settings. This should work. Returning and getting another phone may have the same result.
