      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you refer to both emails, do you mean 2 email addresses? If so, that may be the cause of the error message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your username is your email address that you enter when logging into your self-serve account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is your username/email address that is necessary for the password-reset link.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck!</description>

      <description>^user name can be a different email then the one in your account. However there is no way to change the username unless you get in touch with PM</description>
