Did you just sign up?

If so, within 72 hours of activation the $10 will be applied to your account.

@nerissecc usually will appear within 48 hours. In rare occasions it can take up to 72 hours.

It does take a few days to process. There is now a solved issue link on your post. Hopefully that means you’ve now received the credit. Welcome to the community

It is solved as the OP received the answer they were looking for. They just signed up and were wondering why the $10 credit was not given.

The answer is.

$10 will be applied within 72 hours of activation to the account. OP will likely get it tomorrow but officially it can take 72 hours from activation.
