I've tried 6 ways to Sunday typing in different combinations and it won't accept it. Keeps saying its the credit cards problem but I've used this new card on Amazon, out and about and it works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it is not a "small fee." It is a markup of about 30%! This is not a solution! I would need a $50 voucher every month and the service fee for that is $12! No thanks...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
