I have added the Long Distance as an add-on to my plan but it is not showing up. Can anyone help.

It's a 2 step process check your available fund section when u buy add on first money usually transfer to your available fund check your self serve main page how much money does it have if u see extra money thats mean money transfer to your fund now you can buy addon now hope that info help

@ashleypham, as @Samianauman mentioned--if you see the $ amount of the add-on in your Available Funds amount, it means you need to go back in and actually purchase the add-on from those funds.

The current process is confusing and overly complicated.
