My minutes seemed to disappear faster than I expected. Do incoming calls use my minutes allowance as well? Or just calls I make?

I also can't seem to access voicemail. It says "Connection problem or invalid MMI code"

@JoshMez

You can check your minutes on your self serve landing page. They are listed under data and add-ons. If the line item isn't showing - - that means they're used up.

Keep in mind that minutes used are billed by the minute, and not the second. So if you spoke for 1 minute + 1 second, that counts as 2 minutes.

If you're having problems accessing voicemail, you may want to reach out to a moderator to explain that issue.

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select you need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket, or,

Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Hi @JoshMez ,

Incoming calls do not allocate to your 100 minutes usage.

fyi -

Even ringing counts towards your minute time when you make a call (and call is answered)

And, of course, time is rounded up to the nearest minute. So 50 seconds goes to 1 minutes, like such.

Calling your voice mail DOES use your minutes when you call it from your Public Mobile device. So when you can call it from another line or a wifi phone app, than it is free to be in your voicemail.

What happens when you hold the the "1" on your dialer? It should go to voicemail menu.

See help article: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/set-up-voicemail

Features: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles?category=phones&subcategory=phone-features
