      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was finally able to get through activating the PIN. IT seem as though I was making an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One other question, I would have like to get a number with the code 514 (Montreal). Is that possible? I am currently only getting a 438 code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
