Back up data that you want to keep before that of course.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But start with resetting network settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you end up needing to do that, back anything up you wish to keep but a factory reset will delete everything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
