I am not receiving texts and would like to know what I can do. I see that some other users have replaced new SIMS and that seems to have helped.

Was a number ported? Do incoming calls work? If a port was requested, porting isn't finished. Look if the nofifications are enabled for your messaging app and if some messages are going into a text spam folder.

@Rushan79 Is it MMS texts? If yes, you need to have data turned on to send or receive these ones (Pictures etc). They don't count towards any data limits.
