My account has been suspended, I have 50$ in my account will it only take out the extra few dollars for the tax if I make a payment? I don't want it to take out an extra 50$.

Hello @alex_lafferty,

Does it say $50 in you "Available Funds"? Then your renewal should draw from this balance and not charge you anything more.

Do you still have all your services and is your account renewing today or tomorrow?

IF YES, to all this ignore the Suspended notice.

This is part of your account renewing.

If you do not have services-To resume service try:

Log into your Self-Serve account
Go to Plan and Add-Ons > Lost/Stolen Phone
Select Resume/Reactivate Service

You paid the tax when you paid the $50. They don't charge tax again. You an pay any amount. It doesn't have to be $50. How much does your plan cost?
