      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an unlimited Canada-wide talk plan and I’d like to use call forwarding over the next month or so. It is to a Canadian number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I follow the prompt on &lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/call-forwarding" target="_self"&gt;this help page&lt;/A&gt; to turn on unconditional call forwarding I get the message that “sorry, talk is not included in your current plan”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, #21# got me a message that it had been turned off, but *21* still wouldn’t turn it on. Turning it on in my phone settings worked. Hoping that will continue to work when my phone is out of service (travelling outside Canada/US)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the call forwarding has already been set, it doesn't matter where you currently are.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
