If your services are working just ignore the expired message in your account this is normal....it will then say suspended and your plan data will reset. Then it goes back to active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you looking at credit card transactions from your autopay? Is one charge pending? The other a posted transaction? That's normal too.....eventually the pending charge will be removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to see what has been credited to your balance go to your transaction history. Any rewards should be credited to your account balance. Then you will see a $10 plan amount charge and either a $5 minutes charge or the appropriate data charge starting with 1GB data at 3G speed...$15 and so on up to 8.5GB data at 3G speed.....$40. Then the system takes any available funds in your balance and if you still owe for your plan amount autopay will charge your card the difference +tax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your rewards were not applied for some reason you can contact the moderators as suggested in previous posts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But I learned here this is what happens when your account goes through renewal. Isn't the community great they're so helpful!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
