My plan is $25 every month, but whenever I try to enter the Lunar New Year promo code, it says I'm not eligible.

This promotion is only for new activations/customers. You would need to get a new SiM card and activate a new plan.

If you already have an account/plan, you do not qualify by just entering promotion code.

It's understandable that you might think you could enter the promo code, as there is a field on self-serve for entering one, however that's not for this kind of a promotion deal.

Please see the following details of the Lunar New Year Promotion below: (#3 is the reason why it doesn't apply to current customers - it's a promo used DURING activation)

How to Get this Offer:

Submit your email address here before Feb 21, 2021, 11:59PM EST
Once your email address has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a promo code.
Activate on an eligible plan online or in-store with the promo code before March 6, 2021, 11:59PM EST to redeem this offer.
