My credit card has be stopped because soemone tried to use it ( in Spain) and (on your site) I tried to replace my visa with a mastercard credit card. That card was not accepted. How do I make a payment for my next month?

@ldvorak you can go to London drugs or 7 eleven and purchase a voucher

contact customer support mods to fix your credit card

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "cannot process payment
(use the chat bubble options, click "voucher" then click "contact us" then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)

*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

Buy a voucher at a corner store or gas station. Link below of places you can get a voucher.

Do this to your browser before trying to add your mastercard:

Clear your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new browser in incognito/private mode. Also, you can try a different browser.
