Hello there, I had a problem with my visa not giving me a rebate on my payments, visa said that my payments showed a purchased instead of re-occurring bill and this is the reason why I did not get the rebate. Can anyone tell me how to make my payment as re-occurring bill, I signed up for auto pay.

This is not possible. Public Mobile does not do reoccurring bills. PM is 30 day plans (day of bill will change as some months are 31 days some are 30 and one is 28/29)

@patandmar hi I would suggest contacting visa since it seems to be their rules not a Public issue
