Hi!

I added 1G to my plan (ends Apr 18) because I used all my data. However, it is not showing up in my account. It's been about 4 business days.

Help?

do you have any funds in your account? I've seen posts lately about people selecting an add on, but the add on never activates, but they have funds available, so then they re add it. Complicated right?
