My plan includes unlimited texting yet I can't seem to text when I'm not on wifi. How can this be fixed?

Sounds like you have an iPhone and you're sending iMessages

You have to go to your settings and turn on "Send as SMS" as well as MMS.

I have 2 iPhone 6 for my kids....one with this change works the other still can't send. Any suggestions?

Were you trying to send messages to short codes by any chance? Ie Translink 33333 or OC Transpo 560560. There was an issue occurring the last week or so that required a balance on the account for these to send so 10 cents cound be deducted, but would fail if there was 0 balance. This was resolved as of Nov 9.

If not, could you try swapping the SIM cards between the phones to see if the issue is with the phone or follows the SIM/Account?
