      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having a heck of a time trying to get anyone to handle the problem I'm having.I don't think I was ported properly from my old phone provider. Is there an actual number I could call to get actual help?       <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds like a general porting issue, please wait until you get a text on your previous sim to confirm that you porting out. If you have done that then I believe you would have to play the waiting game and it would end up fixing by itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would assume it is porting form another Mobile provider?&amp;nbsp; Lately, there has been some people reporting the port can take as much as 4 to 5 hours.. So, in the mean time, keep reboot your phone every 30 mins to see if there is any update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
