Not really much to go on with the title of your thread.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you a new customer, old customer?&lt;BR /&gt;Was the phone and sim working before and has since stopped?&lt;BR /&gt;When was the last time you made a payment and is your account active when you log in?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;These are a great start!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers</description>

Is it installed in SIM card slot properly? What does your phone say? Did you try to&amp;nbsp;search for the network manually? (in my case the phone was locked to Telus and it would&amp;nbsp;automatically search for it, so i had to do it manually)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please give us some details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
