How do you turn off autopay?

I cannot figure out how to turn off autopay! I turned it on no problem but I want to know how to turn it off if I desire?? Help please

@JNeedham2013 , I think the auto pay option can be turned off in the payment tab. What I would do is use the manage payment card feature and remove the credit card from the account. That would guarantee removal of auto pay. Put back the card when auto pay is desired.

To set up AutoPay, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘Register for AutoPay’. From here, you can sign up for AutoPay or remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

You could also call 611 to disable.
