Hi @Shazia_K

I was previously using a 30 day plan , and I tried to renew my plan yesterday with the 10 day 1 GB data only plan. After renewal, data is not working anymore but I still get reception from Public Mobile. I tried putting in my SIM card in my friend's phone , and it did not work on his phone either. His Public Mobile SIM works in my phone so it is not an issue with data setting on my phone. Have tried restarting as well.

Since I am on a 10 day plan , please help to see if data was enabled on your end asap.

Thanks !
