@maxgui , SIM card shipments are much slower to arrive these days due to the pandemic. I suggest waiting at least 2+ weeks before raising any concerns.

There was a thread about courier delays last week. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Courier-Delays/m-p/647439 It generally takes two to three weeks for delivery. If you need a sim right away then your best bet would be to purchase one from a local retailer. If you are in the GTA, Canadian Cell Supplies offers local pickup.

there was a previous announcement saying delay due to postal.

I think people reported they got it within 3 weeks.

If you need it urgently and you don't mine, maybe you can order from Amazon Prime or get one from a physical Kiosk.

Depending where you live. It may take up to 3-4 weeks. If you submitted your email for a Public Flash Sale promo...you may want to pick another SIM locally at your PM store or at LD.

If you didn’t apply for the Flash Sale. You are stuck and wait.

You could possibly try your local Wal-Mart store 🙂 I got mine from Public Mobile site and it took approx. 2.5 weeks.
