      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/157106"&gt;@Boushkieloulou&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The payment system can be finicky.&amp;nbsp; Maybe try in 1 hour again.&amp;nbsp; Clear cache, incognito mode or another web browser.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With credit card information, make sure that the name and address exactly matches your credit card banking address.&amp;nbsp; If apartment number, leave that section blank.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for payment vouchers, sometimes it takes 24 hours to activate.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.&lt;BR /&gt;2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All support is done through the ticketing and private messaging system.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, that isn't in real-time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
