    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just logged into my account and it shows a balance of $0 and my money has been removed.&amp;nbsp; It also didn't show the renewal date?&amp;nbsp; Is something going on with the system or should I be sending a message to a Moderator?&amp;nbsp; Not sure what to do?&amp;nbsp; Thanks for any assistance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No Account is due Oct 10, changed password and it failed and I was sent an email from PM changed again and now it shows the proper balance in may account as well as the autopayment etc. - I'm thinking I must have just logged on when the system was updating my account or something - all is good now!&amp;nbsp; Thanks for your help - it is resolved (through Public Mobile)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
