      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having problem with my data connection, I paid my monthly due yesterday morning thru my public mobile account and still don’t have internet connection until now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its on my transaction history and deducted on my chequing account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you can help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then Lost/stolen tab then Suspend button. Log out. Give it a minute or three. Log back in and same place but now it's the Resume button - click it. Restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
