I bought a sim card since 15 January but I don't recived yet today 5th of Febrary.

Yes, there was the announcement about delay with SIM delivery due to Canada Post.

do you need it urgently, consider ordering for Amazon if you have prime membership..

or go to a physical kiosk like Walmart/London Drugs/Loblaws (although we should stay at home as much as possible...)

It generally takes two to three weeks due to the pandemic.

If you need a sim right away, you could purchase one through a local retailer or if you are in the GTA https://canadiancellsupplies.com offers local pickup.

It will probably take about 3 weeks for delivery. There are delays:
