      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi new in town,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a quick FYI using your ph # as your username for the community is not the best idea. I would suggest when you contact the moderators you have them delete it and get a new one. If you have already tried the forget password link ( you have created your self serve account?) then click on the (?) At the bottom right corner of your screen and submit a ticket via Simon. Type in locked out of self serve and then human and follow the prompts to submit your ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times. Currently the wait time is 2 to 8 hours up to 48 hours depending on urgency.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
