Hi, been problem free on PM for 4-5 years, payment for next 3 months due end of Oct. today both wife’s phone and mine are giving an error saying “talk is not included in my plan”. It is, has been and will be in the future so can anyone give insight to speedy resolution?

my wife was entering a 14 digit PIN number instead of a phone number.

Can you please tell us the exact message you get when calling out? Also, what plan are you on?

@walter1966 if you are referring to the warning just ignore it and add a 1 in front of the number you are calling.
