Or did your phone tell you this? It would be news to me that there's a 100% used notification.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Well...me anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll also want to make sure the failover from wifi to cell data isn't on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
