It can take up to 72 hours to receive the credit. You need to enable data to send/receive MMS even though it does not use your data. Make sure you have APN settings configured

For the $10 credit, did you use a friend's referral code when you signed up. If so it takes up to 72 hours for the credit to appear in self service.

Is your data on and the APN settings correct?

Did you enter a referral code during sign up? I'd yes than it can take up to 72 hours to be credited.

For pictures what kind of phone so you have?

For Android check the APN settings.

@Suzique are you sure you used the right code? Can you contact the code's owner to check whether or not they received SMS about successful referral and 1$ reward? Also, if you registered recently, it may take up to 3 days for this reward to appear in your account. Perhaps, you need to wait?

If you did not use a refer-a-friend code during activation, it may be too late to get the credit.

You need to enable data to send/receive picture MMS.

You need to enable group text to send and receive group messages. Group message uses MMS to send/receive. Therefore, enable data also for group message.

To get it you need to use your friend's referral code.

If you did you will get it in 72 hours.

If you didn't use it, you can contact moderators and tell them that you forgot and you will have to give it to them.

If you don't have one you can ask people here to share it with you or you can go on reddit and use the bot there that will give you a random one
