      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the second payment in your available balance?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is typically advised to simply keep the funds in your account and use it for your next payment as it could take several weeks for PM to issue you a refund.
